Shipping & Delivery

Upon receipt of your payment, we will process your order within 24 hours to ensure product quality. If everything is in order, we will check and ship your order within 2-3 days.
We will ship your order via FEDEX or DHL, and it is expected to arrive within 7-10 business days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may occasionally be slightly extended. Please rest assured and we hope for your understanding.
After shipping, we will send the tracking number and photos of the actual products to the email you provided during checkout, as well as contact you via SMS and WhatsApp. If there are any questions, we will get in touch with you.
Once we receive your payment, we will forward your order to the factory within a few hours. Therefore, if you wish to modify or cancel your order, please inform us within those few hours. Once the order is sent to the factory for preparation, it becomes difficult to intercept the package. We appreciate your understanding.
We cannot accept returns if there are no quality issues with the product. For minor issues such as stains or loose threads, we hope you can try washing or wiping with alcohol, as these methods may resolve the problem. In such cases, we will offer appropriate compensation. However, we do not accept returns for reasons such as the size being too small, or simply not liking the jersey after receiving it. If you still wish to return the item, please contact our customer service first. We appreciate your understanding.
